Positioned between Arezzo and Siena this spacious apartment has much to offer. The owners have sympathetically divided their house to ensure maximum privacy for their guests. The quality of the fittings is excellent.

A private driveway and path leads to the front door. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and open plan kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven and hobs. There is also a small bathroom with shower on the ground floor.

A stone stairway leads to the three bedrooms, all with parquet flooring. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and a private balcony with views over the grounds and surrounding olive groves. The second double bedroom and single room (with private balcony) share a bathroom, with Jacuzzi bath. There is also a washing machine in this bathroom.

The pool (8 x 4 metres) is irregular in shape and set in well kept gardens. There is ample outdoor furniture and a barbecue area. The charming owners own much of the surrounding land and share the use of the garden with guests, in reality they are rarely at home due to work commitments. The size and layout of the garden means it is easy to find a private spot.

Le Terazze offers excellent value for money and high quality accommodation – practically a private villa with pool in a great location, ideal for exploring the beauty of Tuscany and Umbria.
