Seven brand new apartments surrounded by a citrus grove and olive trees in Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, a lively resort near Massa Lubrense, with a wonderful view over the bays of Naples and Salerno, the Residence Le Capannelle is spread over three floors. Its seven apartments have been designed and developed to offer guests the very best quality and comfort. All the apartments have a beautiful view over the sea and hills, air conditioning and satellite TV.

There is a large, panoramic solarium/terrace on the top floor, It is the ideal place for sunbathing and taking in the stunning views.

Guests can park in a convenient, enclosed car park and can also make use of the large garden, with swimming pool and solarium.

The property’s outdoor area provides a typical example of Mediterranean scrub, with olive trees, fruit trees and vines. The small wood and olive grove are the ideal places for cooling down on summer days. The wonderful swimming pool area overlooks the bay of Salerno.

With its cool, welcoming interior, the apartments offer fully furnished and practical apartments that sleep from two to six people. All kitchens have dishwasher only apartments 1 does not have a dishwasher), oven, hobs, microwave, fridge / freezer and are very well equipped with pots and pans. All apartments have mosquito nets, Sat TV and sofa beds in the living area.

Entry is on the ground floor into a small living room / kitchen.  There is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. From the living room there is access to a large private patio which gives onto the communal gardens. This apartment has a view over the hills.

On the ground floor this apartments is airy and has good views over the hills and sea. One double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Open plan kitchen and living room from where access to a private patio and communal gardens.

On the second floor there is a communal washing machine.

The pool area makes the most of the location and enjoys fabulous views over the coast and hills. Below the pool there is a reception, open from June to September, where someone is on hand to help you make the most of your stay.

We recommend Le Capanelle highly for both families and couples. The location close to the village means that bars, restaurants and shops are within walking distance and yet one feels benefits from the superb views and peace and quiet of the countryside. The quality of these apartments is excellent.
