A lovely villa to host a family gathering or group of friends. Situated just a few kilometres outside the town of Umbertide, La Ginestra enjoys sweeping views over the valley below. The focal point of your stay is bound to be the lovely pool which lies about 30 metres from the main house, the perfect place to relax.

The house itself is divided into three independent units, allowing groups to share the house and grounds and yet maintain a sense of privacy. On the ground floor there is a two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, this apartment often becomes the main cooking area as it leads out onto the outside dining area. There is a large living / dining room, one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a twin / double bedroom and a second bathroom.

The other two apartments are reached by external steps to the first floor. Here there are a further two kitchens / living rooms and four bedrooms (2 doubles, one twin / double and a single bedroom) and two bathrooms.

The kitchens are equipped with dishwasher, oven, hobs and fridge. The bathrooms have showers.

The garden is splendid, there are two shady pergolas where you can enjoy lazy lunches and long evening meals, both have tables which can seat up to 12 people. There is also a barbeque and laundry room. The pool is surrounded by the well-kept gardens and enjoys views across the valley.

Just a short drive away is the small country town of Umbertide, where you can find all day to day needs and local restaurants. Further afield lie the towns of Cortona, Perugia and Asissi – all of which merit exploration and will provide enjoyable days out.

La Ginestra is ideally suited for two of three families travelling together.
