I Sorbi is located just 1km from the lovely village of Bucine, on the border of Chianti and the province of Arezzo. Positioned in rolling fields, this house has been recently restored by the owners and the combination of comfortable house and well tended gardens provides a great holiday home. Add to this the location, ideal for exploring Chianti, Florence and southern Tuscany, and we believe that I Sorbi will be a winner with our guests.

Leaving Bucine on a quiet country road, I Sorbi is set in large grounds and within walking distance of the village (approximately 1km). Bucine offers all one could ask for – restaurants, supermarket, bars. There is a covered porch and entry is into the living / dining room. This room opens into the kitchen which has oven, hobs, fridge-freezer and breakfast table. A short corridor leads to the master bedroom and second bedroom which has two single beds (one of which is raised and has a protective barrier to avoid falling out). The new bathroom has a shower.

The gardens are well tended and between the house and pool there is a lawn and a delightful covered gazebo – ideal for meals and sipping wine. The large pool is set about 20 metres from the house and is the perfect welcome home after a day out visiting the many towns and villages close by. Bucine is well positioned to make the most of all that Tuscany has to offer – Florence is 30 minutes away, Arezzo 30 minutes and a host of small villages are on your doorstep.

We believe that I Sorbi is the ideal getaway for a family or couple looking for comfortable accommodation with a pool, and as a base to get out and see the wonders of Tuscany.
