I Limoni, an old farmhouse, has been restored with great attention-to-detail and skill. It is located within easy access of many towns and villages – this villa offers very comfortable accommodation, with wonderful garden and spectacular pool, ideal for families and groups of friends. The garden is large and from the pool there are wonderful views over the Val di Chiana towards Montepulciano.

Upon entry, this brick house is unassuming, but the garden gate hides a real gem of a house. The main house has a large kitchen, well equipped with oven, hobs, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Also on the ground floor there is a reception room, a bath room with shower and a large living/dining room. From the dining room there is access to the garden.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one with a small bath and the other with a shower. Approximately 10 metres from the main house there is a charming cottage which has an open plan kitchen/living room, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The bathroom has a shower. This would be ideal for a second family.

The large garden extends behind the house and there is a gazebo equipped for al-fresco dining. From here there are fabulous views across the valley and down to the pool. Located about 30 metres from the house, the pool will be the centre of attention on your holiday. Wonderful views and plenty of space ensure that this pool is a real spot to relax and enjoy your holiday.

The pool is open 1st April to 30th October.

I Limoni is located on a back road between Montepulciano and Cortona, within easy drive of many of Tuscany’s ‘jewels’. The owners, who live at the back of the house, also have a collection of vintage cars available for rent. Nearby is a vineyard open to visitors.
