Located in the lush landscape close to Arezzo this new residence has all the hallmarks of quality. Literally millions of euros have been invested to ensure that guests can get the best of the best from their holiday in Tuscany.

The location is ideal for both relaxing and enjoying the marvels of this region: Siena, Cortona, Arezzo and Montepulciano are all within a short drive. Fields surround the property and in front of the main house there is a pitch and putt golf course, immaculately manicured. Guests are more than welcome to play and there are a couple of sets of clubs available to use. The pool is heated and has a luxurious marble finish. Next to the pool there is a sun terrace and there are also relaxing sofas and tables and chairs. Next to the pool is a wellness centre with Finnish Sauna and Jacuzzi bath tub for 4 people. The use of all facilities is included in the price.

The quality of the apartments is superb, great care and expense has gone into ensuring that maximum comfort is provided.

Apartment Descriptions

All kitchens have dishwasher, gas hobs, oven and fridge freezer. All bathrooms have showers and have been specially decorated with frescoes. All the apartments are fully air conditioned and unlike many properties this is included in the price.

First floor: outside dining table on the patio at the head of the steps. Large living room and open plan kitchen. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom. One bathroom.

Leonardo Da Vinci sleeps 4
Ground Floor: Large living room and open plan kitchen. One double bedroom and one twin. One bathroom. There is a lovely grassed garden equipped with table and chairs in front of the apartment. This apartment is suitable for wheelchair access.

Piero della Francesco sleeps 6
The largest of the apartments and on two floors. Ground floor: Living room and open plan kitchen, twin bedroom and bathroom. First floor: One double bedroom and one twin bedroom and a bathroom. In front of the apartment there is a private garden equipped with table and chairs.

Galileo Galilei deluxe sleeps 4
One two floors: Ground floor: Very large living room with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom. First floor: One double bedroom, one twin bedroom and bathroom with wonderful decoration. At the front and rear of this apartment there are private gardens equipped with tables and chairs.

Botticelli sleeps 2
Ground Floor: Living room and open plan kitchen. One double bedroom and bathroom. Private garden equipped with table and chairs.

Dante Alighieri – sleeps 4
First floor: Access is by internal stairs into living room and open plan kitchen. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is one bathroom with shower.

Collodi sleeps 2
The most romantic of the apartments. This loft apartment is on two floors with living room and kitchen on the ground floor and open plan double bedroom on the first floor. The bathroom is on the ground floor. In front of the apartment these is a private garden equipped with tables and chairs.

Giotto sleeps 2 + 1
Two floors. Ground floor: living room, open plan kitchen, single bedroom and bathroom. First floor double bedroom.

Suites
Suite Inglese and Suite Francese.
These are charming double bedrooms with large bathrooms.

The quality of the furnishings is of the highest quality and we are sure that guests here will feel suitably pampered and yet free to relax and enjoy the wonderful Tuscan countryside and everything it has to offer.

Below the reception is the breakfast room where a buffet breakfast is served (included in price) out on the terrace, overlooking the fields and golf course. Plans are in the pipeline to extend the existing 3 hole course into a 9 hole course.
