A truly unique Tuscan experience awaits visitors to Fattoria La Loggia. Blessed with wonderful views across some of the most sought-after Chianti hills, this small hamlet has been lovingly restored. There are two key features which make Fattoria La Loggia different to any other 'agritourismo' we have come across in Tuscany. Firstly, the interior decor combines original materials and antique furniture with the owner’s passion for contemporary art – the result is very special indeed. Secondly, it is possible to stay for any period - from one day to several months – and a daily change of towels and cleaning service is included in the price. Breakfast is also included and is served outside in the summer months or in the ‘taverna’. The estate also produces fine Chianti wine which can be purchased on the spot. A beautiful swimming pool completes the property and makes Fattoria La Loggia a fascinating and unique place to stay. A host of local restaurants are on your doorstep, and with all the top destinations – Florence, Siena, San Gimignano – so close, a week here will not be enough.

• There is one suite – sleeping 2 – with possibly the most impressive bathroom in the whole of Tuscany, complete with Philippe Stark shower called ‘The Temple of the Gods’ (real 5 star luxury). For 2007, a small kitchenette has been added to this suite – Honeymooners book early!
