The beauty and charm of Fattoria di Celli lies in the perfect harmony between the houses and the surrounding countryside. The materials used and the craftsmen employed are all from the towns and villages nearby. In our many travels throughout Tuscany and Umbria we have rarely come across an 'agriturismo' with such wonderful furnishings and owners with such great taste; each apartment has its own character and extensive use of chestnut wood and stone walls reflect the raw materials of the Casentino area. All apartments have a fireplace and with wood provided these already welcoming accommodations take on a home-from-home feel. We expect Fattoria di Celli, Celli Alto and Fattoria di Corsignano (its sister property), to be great successes and recommend them most highly and without reservation to couples and families alike.

The Central Apartments

Reception, library and communal room. There are also two swimming pools and extensive grounds.

2 people – extra bed possible for child (cot for infant available upon request):

Noce – first floor. Living room with open plan kitchen and dining table Bathroom and double bedroom. A covered terrace with views towards Poppi.

Nespolo – ground floor. Living room with open plan kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom - a covered terrace with lovely views towards Poppi (one of the more private terraces).

Abete – ground and first floor. Living room with open plan kitchen (with oven). Double bedroom with bathroom. Patio area.

Ciliegio – ground floor. Kitchen, living/dining area. Double bedroom (impressive stone walls) with bathroom. Covered patio area.

4 people:

Quercia – first floor. Dining room with open plan kitchen. Two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with bath). Patio area.

Faggio – ground floor. Kitchen, living/dining room, 2 double bedrooms (one of which is huge and has two single beds in), bathroom. Patio area in front of house.

Sleeps 6/8:

Castagno – first and second floor. Open plan kitchen, living/dining room, 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin room and 3 bathrooms (1 without proper shower).

Hamlet (500m from reception)

These three apartments are more private and set in a small wooded area:

Ginestra – sleeps 4 – A lovely independent house with private garden and views to Poppi. Ground floor. Open plan kitchen, living room (down a couple of steps), 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.

Fraschino – sleeps 6 – ground and first floor. Open plan kitchen, dining area, living room, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Covered patio.

Rosmarino – sleeps 2– ground floor. Open plan kitchen, living/dining area. Double bedroom and bathroom. A huge panoramic terrace. NB - We would thoroughly recommend taking Fraschino and Rosmarino together – they are in the same house and the balcony of Rosmarino really is too lovely for just two people!

Please note that all bathrooms have a shower (apart from Quercia which has a bath). All beds are made up with 2 single matresses and can be either double or twin. Also, unless stated, kitchens provide gas hobs and fridge. If required an electric oven can be provided for those without and it is also possible to have a coffee maker in your apartment. There are fixed and mobile BBQs.
