Five years ago the owners had a vision, a stylish country retreat offering comfort and relaxation. The central location of Donalegge means that exploring is an easy exercise, Palermo, Agrigento, Mount Etna and Siracusa are all within reach. (Though we believe that the charm of Donalegge and the stunning scenery could well tempt you to stay closer to home.)

The old farmhouse has been transformed into eleven stylish rooms and a spectacular restaurant. The interior design is contemporary and the rooms make the most of the wonderful views which surround the house. The pool has undisturbed views of the Madonie mountains and is truly one of the best pools we have ever come across.

Dining at Donalegge is a joy, local produce and excellent service will tempt you to dine in most evenings. Should you wish to venture out there are many local villages with traditional trattoria.
