Immersed in the spectacular countryside of Volterra this private villa offers all the best of Tuscany. The owners of Casolare de Noattri have spared no expense – features such as air conditioning, DVD and Jacuzzi pool all contribute to real comfort in this wonderful area of Tuscany.

Positioned 300 metres along a white road and with views across the surrounding fields this house is very private and yet just a few minutes from the town of Volterra. The white road leads uphill and offers a wonderful walk (or drive) with views to take your breathe away.

There is covered parking at the front of the house and entry is into a spacious living room which opens onto the dining room and fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher). There is also a laundry room with washing machine. The central feature of the ground floor is the fireplace. From the dining room there is access to the wonderful terrace which overlooks the pool and fields beyond.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms – two doubles and one bedroom with twin/double. One of these bedrooms has an en suite bathroom (with shower). There is a second spacious bathroom with bath. The second double bedroom has a third single bed. Each bedroom has its own access to DVD player and all rooms are fully air conditioned (included in the price).

The large pool has plenty of space to spread out and take in the sun and views. In the garden there is a barbeque and dining on the covered terrace could well be the highlight of your holiday. It is possible to organise a local cook to come in and prepare meals for you, allowing you to fully enjoy your day out in one of the picturesque local towns, without having to worry about getting out the pots and pans upon your return.
