Located in the Tuscan countryside close to Castiglion Fiorentino, Cortona and Arezzo, Casale Ulivo is well located to make the most of your stay.

This large house maintains all the traditional features of a Tuscan farmhouse and yet combines this with all modern features. Entry is into a large reception room. From here there is access to a comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen – dishwasher, hobs, oven and fridge freezer. Beyond the kitchen there is a large living room which acts as a play room – complete with table tennis table. The ground floor has one double/twin bedroom and one bathroom with bath.

The first floor can be accessed by either internal or external staircases. At the centre of the house there is a large living room with open fireplace. Two spacious double bedrooms lead off from this living room and the other two bedrooms are double / twin rooms. There are two bathrooms – both with showers. One is between the two twin / double bedrooms and the other is off the living room and serves the two double bedrooms

The garden is well kept and enjoys views across the Val di Chiana. The centre piece of the garden is the lovely pool and pool house. There is a dining table and BBQ and we are sure that much of your time will be spent here. The house next door to Casale Ulivo is occupied by a couple, the two dwellings are well separated and the couple do not use any of your facilities, they have their own entrance and driveway.

For days out you are ideally placed to explore all the towns in this region. The nearby town of Castiglion Fiorentino is a lovely hill top town and has all the services necessary – shops, bars and restaurants. Arezzo, Cortona, Montepulciano and Perugia are all within a short drive and Siena is only 45 minutes away.
