Set in its very own Pugliese grounds, this grand and original villa is the perfect location for a truly lovely holiday. Olive trees fill the fields in the nearby countryside lending the feeling of being completely away from everything and yet some of the most beautiful towns, villages and beaches are all within easy reach. The property sits in the middle of its very own 4 acres of land full of indigenous citrus fruit trees and yet more olive tree, all enclosed by a typical dry stone wall.

Recently refurbished Casale Oria has a fantastic feel to it the moment you arrive with its cool vaulted stone ceilings and whitewashed walls. The charm of the house is its simplicity and you will find the furnishings and fittings throughout tastefully chosen with a contemporary theme. One double bedroom and two twin bedrooms lead off the main hall, 1 with en suite bathroom, and there is a lounge where you may escape from the mid-day sun and enjoy your book or catch up with the local news on the TV. The newly decorated kitchen offers you a great selection of cooking facilities including oven, hob and fridge/freezer. A further bathroom is situated by the kitchen and there are doors that lead out on to the terrace where you no doubt, will pass a lot of time over languid dinners, lazy breakfasts or just enjoying the spectacular scenery that surrounds the super pool. Sun beds are provided and we are pretty sure that, once you have stocked your fridge with the essentials, you will find it hard to tear yourself away from this outstanding spot!

A further double room is accessed externally – just off the main terrace. This new room has kept its original character and has been furnished with the traditional pale coloured furnishings making it just charming. It has an en suite shower room and is perfect should a couple wish for just a little more privacy than usual.
