Positioned on a quiet back road Casa Violante offers a very comfortable home-from-home. The main villa can be linked up with Casa Ago to provide a wonderful retreat for a large family group (sleeping a total of 8 people).

Entry to this three bedroom house is by the living/dining room. Also on the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen – hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Between the kitchen and dining areas there is a shower room.

Stairs lead up from the living room to the three bedrooms – two double bedrooms and one with two singles. There is a new bathroom and a separate walk in wardrobe.

In front of the house there is shady private parking and to the back of the house there is a lovely eating out area with shade provided by pine trees. The lovely pool is set close to the house and benefits from a fabulous view across the valley towards Foiano – the sun setting over the village is the perfect backdrop to accompany a glass of local wine.

From Casa Violante day trips are easy and a host of famous Tuscan villages and towns are within a short drive. Cortona, Arezzo, Siena, Montepulciano... are all easily accessible.

Casa Violante and Casa Ago are perfect for a family or group of friends. They have two pools but are close enough (approximately 20m) to ensure that the journey home after the evening BBQ is short for all guests.

The charming owners live next door and offer home made pasta and other delicacies.
