Essential Italy

Casa Rossa has been lovingly restored and the owner has equipped the house so that it could easily be lived in full time. Situated at the end of a country track with only one house next door you can enjoy considerable privacy. The lovely pool is completely secluded and the grounds have been cleverly landscaped to provide more space below the pool area where you can either soak up the sun or find a shady spot to lounge in.

On the ground floor there is a living/dining room, well equipped kitchen, double/twin bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). A spacious patio area is the perfect place to dine outside or sip a glass of Chianti. Stairs lead from the living area to the two master bedrooms on the first floor, both with walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms (one with a shower).

The nearest village is Montespertoli and here there are plenty of shops and a good choice of restaurants. Florence is close by and the whole of the Chianti region is easily accessible. We thoroughly recommend Casa Rossa for its excellent furnishings, great pool and superb location.
