Located in a quiet rural setting, Casa Perumpetto is a short drive from many of the beautiful towns of Umbria. Surrounded by fields, the peace and quiet of this stone house provides an ideal family hideaway. The village of Santa Maria is a few kilometres away where there are shops and a pizzeria. The motorway is just 6km from your front door and this carries you to Orvieto, Rome and Florence.

Casa Perumpetto is reached along a short country track and is very private. Entry is into a small hallway. The spacious living room is full of light and has two doorways onto the large terrace which is fully equipped for outdoor dining. In the living room is an open fireplace and dining table, TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hobs, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The ground floor also has a bathroom with shower. From the kitchen there is access to a second patio which also has table, chairs and barbeque. The pool is a few metres from the house and the perfect place to soak up the sun after a day out. The almost square pool has roman steps.

The hallway stairs lead you to the first floor, where there are two single bedrooms and two double bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious. The large upstairs bathroom has a bath and double wash basins.

Both the internal and external space of the house is ideal for a family holiday, and the near-ideal location of Casa Perumpetto will ensure that guests looking for a relaxing holiday and those of you also looking to explore this region, are well catered for. The nearby small villages are full of charm, and the major towns of Orvieto, Citta della Pieve, Todi and even Montepulciano are a short drive away.
