Essential Italy

Great care and much consideration has been taken over the recent refurbishment of Casa Giulia and the outside areas are a delight with spectacular views over the bay of Naples towards Capri, Ischia and Vesuvius.

The stone clad apartments are accessed via a narrow road (1.7 meters wide) and private gates lead into the small parking area. The great pool is set in grounds surrounded by olive trees with the wonderful Amalfitana views streching out in front making swimming even more of a pleasure than usual.

Vesuvius(2 beds)

This apartment is on two levels and the entrance leads into the bright kitchen/dining room which is equipped with fridge-freezer, gas hob and electric oven. French doors open onto the terrace which offers fantastic sea views and creates the perfect setting for dinner under the stars of just gazing at the stupendous view. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom with yet again, a fantastic view over the complete bay of Naples, and a bathroom with shower.

Bella Vista(4 Beds + 2 beds for children)

This apartment is on two levels and the entrance is via a small courtyard which is equipped with a wood oven for trying your hand at baking pizzas or grilling tasty barbecues. You step from the outside into a modern kitchen equipped with dining table, chairs, fridge-freezer gas hob and electric oven. From the kitchen a narrow spiral staircase leads to a small bedroom with two single beds suitable for children over the age of six (due to the spiral staircase). This small mansard bedroom is open to the kitchen and dining room below. On the ground floor there is a great, spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a small flight of steps behind the kitchen area lead to a second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a further small dining area with kitchenette (gas hob, electric oven and fridge-freezer). The separate entrance here makes it perfect for a family or friends who wish for a little bit of independance. On the side of the building you will find some steps leading to a roof terrace which offers even more spectacular views across the the sea – just heaven for an italian nightcap under the stars.
Nb: The wood oven and roof terrace are private to Bella Vista.

Giulia(4)

This two bedroom apartment is on one level and accessed from a large terrace directly into the comfy dining/sitting room with with 2 sofa single beds. The separate kitchen is small but provides everything you may need to rustle up some fantastic italian cuisine and is equipped with gas burners, electric oven and fridge-freezer. One spacious double bedroom has its own ensuite shower room and the second bedroom and shower room is to be found at the end of a corridor leading off the kitchen. This bedroom has the advantage of opening up onto the big terrace.

It is possible to rent the entire property which would be fantastic for a group or friends or a family reunion where everyone can still retain a little privacy and independance – total number of beds 12 plus four sofa beds.

We believe that Casa Giulia makes a perfect location from which to explore this fascinating area or just to lay back and watch the ever-changing view unfold infront of you with a chilled glass of delicious limoncello.
