This comfortable apartment is on the first floor and is reached by a quiet back street. Entry is into the main room which has a living area and dining table. There is an open plan kitchen with hobs, oven, dishwasher and fridge / freezer. There is a double bedroom with a window over the quiet street. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is simply decorated and will be a welcome retreat to escape the weekend visitors of Frascati. During the week Frascati is a quiet town with many restaurants and bars and is perched high on the hill and enjoys wonderful views across towards Rome.

For those people looking for a taste of real Tuscan life a stay in Casa della Nonna is ideal – breakfast in the Piazza and an evening stroll around the town with a meal on one of the many restaurants, safe in the knowledge that your home is just a few steps away could lead to yet another bottle of delicious red wine. There is a train link which takes you directly to the heart of Rome. Other places of interest include Castel Gandolfo (summer retreat of the Pope, Tivoli and the Roman villas nearby. The Frascati region is also famous for it’s wine production and there are vineyards which can be visited.
