Essential Italy

Casa Ciliegi has been recently restored and provides comfortable accommodation for a couple. The property lies in the grounds of the charming owner’s house and has a private garden with private access to the large pool. High on the hill there are views across the valley.

Entry is into the large living room which has comfortable sofa, TV, CD player and writing desk. There is a small dining area and kitchen, equipped with table top oven, fridge and 4 gas hobs. From here there are three steps down into the second bedroom which has two single beds and suitable for young children. The main double bedroom is off this room, with access to the garden through the laundry room with washing machine. The bathroom is large and has a shower.

The garden is shady and has table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is a path to the pool which is shared with the owner (her use of it is is very limited as she works). Most of the time the pool will be all yours.

From Casa dei Ciliegi day trips are easy and a host of famous Umbrian and Tuscan villages and towns are within a short drive. Perugia is only 20 minutes away and Assisi is equally close.
