This Italian holiday home is in prime position high up on this stunning stretch of coastline and boasts a magnificent sea view! The grassy walled garden ensures that there is plenty of external space to enjoy the spectacular panorama – glistening turquoise blue sea by day and starry dark blue skies by night. Casa Capo d’Orso is located in a private elegant residential area with supermarket, small restaurant and beach all within walking distance and in august you may hear the strains of music drifting up from the hotel that sits below.

The property is divided into two buildings – the main villa which is semi-detached and a smaller charmingly designed independent apartment right next door in the same grounds. The caring owners have paid great attention to detail and both properties are comfortably furnished and well equipped. Depending upon your requirements, you may choose the main house which sleeps 6 or the apartment that sleeps 4 and of course, if your party is  big enough, then you may take both, ensuring a little privacy and freedom for all concerned.

The main villa is furnished in a light and airy fashion having a modern pastel coloured kitchen including gas hob, full sized electric oven and fridge/freezer. The whole living area is open plan with a dining area and very comfortable lounge area, boasting two big sofas, satellite TV and a sensational view making  this the perfect place to read your book should you wish to escape from the midday sun. Leading off the dining area there is a double and twin bedroom with shared shower room lounge, and leading off the lounge, there is a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Outside you will find a super covered patio perfect for alfresco eating and plenty of space for soaking up the sun on loungers. 

The pretty apartment has a double and twin bedroom both with en-suite shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, gas hob and dishwasher and a lovely little lounge area that looks out across the gardens onto the sea. 

A splendid covered patio complete with stone barbeque and all facilities for eating alfresco is situated outside the apartment and is at the diposal of both the house and the apartment – the perfect place to enjoy an aperitivo whilst keeping an eye on some sizzling local fare slowly roasting on the barbeque.

Whilst both units are completely autonomous having their own parking space, entrance, washing machine and spectacular sea view we guarantee to occupy only one property at a time (unless you book both of course!) thus ensuring privacy for all guests.
