If you're looking for a super beach holiday, look no further. This cottage is part of a small estate including Casa Padronale and Casa Terrazza and is positioned on the very southern tip of the famous Costa Smeralda, only a 2-minute walk to the beautiful fine sandy bay of Capriccioli with its crystal-clear turquoise water.
The recently installed pool is set in the private gardens at the back of the estate and is exclusive to these 3 properties. If you are a golfer, the beautiful Pevero Golf Course is only 5 minutes away. And you’re only 10 minutes from swanky Porto Cervo, with its designer boutiques, stunning marina crammed with super-yachts – the perfect place (particularly in August) for a little celebrity spotting.
Pietra sits low in the enclosed garden and is completely detached. The granite walled terrace complete with sun umbrella is perfect for dining alfresco straight from the small barbecue, reading a good book or just enjoying the sunshine. The gardens are full of indigenous plants and bushes, such as hibiscus and pomegranate trees, lush and fragrant.
Inside, the cottage has been furnished in the local style with pastel colours and simple wooden furniture. The open-plan lounge/dining room leads to the small kitchen area with gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, and washing machine. There is a double bedroom, a pretty tiled shower room plus another small twin bedroom with bunk beds suitable for one or two children.
The super location combined with the comfortable accommodation makes this a great choice for a super beach holiday in Sardinia.
