Essential Italy

The residential area midway between the towns of San Vito dei Normanni and Carovigno, makes the perfect setting for Casa Abiarlie. Space, privacy and simple modern furnishings ensure that this holiday home is just right for a family holiday in Puglia. 

The private drive leads up to the typical whitewashed one-level villa with arches to shade the entrance from the hot summer sun. The front door leads you directly into the comfortable lounge (with double sofa bed for extra guests should it be needed), and you will find a pretty twin bedroom off to the left of the lounge along with a bathroom (with shower) and on the right is a further double bedroom with its own bathroom.

The dining area and separate kitchen lie at the front of the house with access out onto the fantastic terrace that surrounds the sparkling pool – the second double bedroom with ensuite shower is off the kitchen/dining room with splendid views over the pool. The owners have ensured that there is everything you could need to cater for a large family and the kitchen is very user friendly for those in charge of the cooking along with a full size oven, gas hob and fridge freezer.

Should the kitchen get too hot, then there is a fixed barbeque and pizza oven outside by the pool where some sumptuous grilled dishes can be concocted whilst having a dip! 

Part of the terrace by the pool has been covered and is just the perfect place to try your hand at thrashing your family members at table tennis or practicing your spining technique at the table football – children will be occupied at all times leaving mum and dad to enjoy a bottle of wine (and perhaps a Italy V England match later on when the children are all fast asleep!). There is also a basketball hoop in the grounds.
