We are extremely happy to add this well established, comfortable residence to our programme. Perhaps the biggest advantage at Residence Capriccioli is that you can forget about driving to the beach as the nearest one is just a couple of minutes stroll away through the trees so even if the rest of your party wish to catch up on their sleep you can pop off for an early morning dip before breakfast without anyone knowing!

The stone built apartments are set in spacious grounds and comprise one or two storey buildings. Some have a sea view and all have a patio or small garden area equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs which is perfect for dining ‘al fresco’. Trees and plants indigenous to Sardinia are in abundance and the famous juniper wood has been used to furnish all the accommodation giving it a rustic charm plus a wonderful scent.

Internally the apartments are simply furnished with a small kitchenette area and comfortable lounge / dining area. The bedrooms are often on the upper floor and the bathrooms are equipped with shower. All have a safe and telephone.

Studio All on the first floor – suitable for 2 persons only.

1 bedroom villetta 1 bedroom and lounge with sofa bed in the lounge (1 bathroom) – suitable for 2 adults and 1 child (0 –12 years).

2 bedroom villetta 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and 1 sofa bed in the lounge (1 bathroom) – suitable for 3/ 4 persons.

2 bedroom villetta situated on 2 floors with 1 double bedroom plus single bed, 1 double bedroom and lounge with sofa bed (2 bathrooms) – suitable for 4/5 persons.

3 bedroom villetta Situated on 2 floors with 3 double bedrooms and sofa bed in the lounge (2 bathrooms) – suitable for 6 persons.

The position of this comfortable residence makes it a winner as you are in a great location for visiting all the northern part of the island should you desire, but you also have a super pool and the beach on hand should you prefer to sit back and read your book under the Sardinian sun.
