Positioned in the hills outside Cortona this 3 bedroom fully independent apartment has much to offer. The owners have sympathetically restored this property, they live on the first floor of the large house and we are sure guests will thoroughly enjoy any contact with them.

Accessed along a quiet country lane Ca’ De Santi is set in the most wonderful gardens. There is parking behind of the house and the whole of the ground floor makes up Ca’ De Santi. Entry is into a huge dining room complete with open fireplace, off this room there is a well equipped kitchen with an oven, gas hobs, dishwasher and fridge / freezer. A corridor leads to the three very large bedrooms. There is one double and the other two bedrooms have twin beds – each bed being extra large single beds. Two of the bedrooms have French windows leading onto the garden in front and to the pool. The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath. The second bathroom with bath is between the dining room and bedrooms. The bedrooms are so large that it is easily possible to add a further single bed.

In front of the house there is a large garden which is equipped with a dining table under the trees and barbeque. The lovely pool, set in the grounds of the extensive gardens, is enclosed by a fence. (You could well need a week just to explore the gardens alone!)

The owners live on the first floor of the house and are discrete but are on hand to help with any needs. They can also prepare a dinner or two for you during your stay. They have one small friendly dog and may use the pool from time to time.

The location of Ca’ De Santi is wonderful – immersed in the countryside just a short trip to Cortona, and there are even two restaurants, two bars and a supermarket within 2kms of the house. It is possible to organise meals prepared for you at home and also babysitting. For days out there is no lack of places to visit – Cortona, Montepulciano, Perugia, Siena and Arezzo could keep you busy for a month and yet we believe that the temptation will be to stay put and enjoy Ca’ De Santi and her garden and pool.
