You will be thrilled with the accommodation that has been carefully modernised with a super Italian feel and added bonuses of shady terraces with magnificent views, super swimming pool, private vineyard and your very own vegetable patch!

Surrounded by large gardens, this enchanting property affords the spectacular views out to sea. Built on the hillside the small villa is on 2 levels – on ground floor there is a pretty little country kitchen with everything you could need to rustle up some great dishes including oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob and microwave. A comfortable lounge provides respite from the midday sun and the shower room is on this level. A staircase leads from the lounge up to the attic which has been transformed into a charming double bedroom with a super wooden beamed ceiling.

The outside area at Villina Mimi is simply splendid – terraces and gardens abound making the property beautifully private. The glistening pool has a great terrace with sun-beds and an umbrella where you no doubt will spend quite a lot of time as the views are just perfect. There is a great little vegetable patch next to the pool which may well give you the inspiration for some tasty meals whilst you sun yourself and like many properties in this area, Villina Mimi also has its own vineyard. A barbeque and outside dining area complete the picture of this idyllic holiday home.
