Located in Marina del Cantone this small family run Bed and Breakfast encapsulates all that is good in this area of the Sorrento peninsula. Fabulous views, great hospitality, good accommodation and some of the best food in Italy.

The rooms are simple and comfortable. They are located in the gardens of the well known Quatro Passi restaurant and breakfast is served in the lovely grounds. The hill rises steeply behind the main building and the higher rooms have wonderful views of the sea and coastline. The swimming pool is located at the highest point of the property and therefore enjoys fantastic views.

For food lovers staying at Relais Gourmand is a marvellous opportunity to taste the wonders of Antonio Mellino, top chef and proud owner of a Michelin Star. The restaurant Quattro Passi is one of the top restaurants not only in this region but the whole of Italy. Dinner here is a real experience. For stays of a week or more Essential Italy clients are offered a dinner.

Just a short walk away is the beach of Marina del Cantone. There is a transfer service down to the beach but it is easily walkable. Essential Italy clients who stay 5 nights or more are offered sun loungers and umbrella on the beach included. Should you wish to drag yourself away from the corner of paradise there is much to see and visit nearby. Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano and Naples are all ideally located for a day trip. Boat trips to Capri and the islands can be organised and this is the best way to see this region.
